The KUSIL-KGTP cable is a flexible power cable designed for connecting mobile machines, mechanisms, and equipment to electrical networks. It is resistant to high temperatures, ultraviolet radiation, and mechanical stress. The cable's insulation and sheath are made of thermoplastic elastomers, ensuring durability and reliable operation. It is designed to operate within a wide temperature range from -60°C to +80°C and can withstand voltages up to 1000 V. Suitable for use in harsh climatic conditions and industrial facilities.

The KUSIL-O cable is a lightweight power cable designed for electricity distribution in both stationary and mobile installations. It is also used for lighting circuits in metro systems. Thanks to its lightweight construction, the cable has a lower weight compared to standard power cables. The insulation is made from low fire-hazard materials, and the conductors have digital identification. The cable operates in temperatures ranging from -60°C to +125°C and has a service life of at least 25 years.

This liquid phase loading arm enables safe and sealed transfer of liquefied hydrocarbon gases to and from tank cars. Equipped with PCT swivel joints and flexible connections, it adapts to various valve configurations. Quick couplings ensure fast connection, while relief valves and hoses provide safe depressurization after operation.

The medium-voltage KUSIL cable is designed for the transmission and distribution of electrical energy in 10, 20, and 35 kV networks with a grounded or isolated neutral. It complies with the international standard IEC 60502-2 and is intended for stationary installation under various conditions: in the ground, water, cable structures, ducts, and industrial premises, including damp and flood-prone areas. Cables with the "UF" designation are resistant to solar radiation and can be used outdoors. They are also suitable for explosive zones in accordance with GOST R IEC 60079-14-2008.

The lock secures the pipe in working position during loading to neutralize reactive jet forces. It includes a lever mounted on hinge.

The OSN-UZG-050 drain stand unit is designed for efficient tanker unloading. It features a flexible pipeline system with PST joints and a quick coupler, allowing easy and secure connection regardless of valve position. Safety is enhanced by dual ball valves and a pressure release hose, ensuring safe operation under varying field conditions.

Loading and unloading is performed through two valves for the liquid phase and one vapor recovery valve on the tank hatch. The unit consists of two risers: a liquid phase loading/unloading riser with two quick couplers and a vapor phase drain riser with one quick coupler.

The parking lock prevents vertical pipe rotation under external forces like wind. The lock engages a stop using a latch controlled by a handle.

The safety guardrail (OSN-OZ) is designed for use on railway and truck loading racks. It provides reliable fall protection through hinged frame sections that rotate inward, restricting movement toward the tank. The guardrail can be bolted or welded depending on installation needs.

The spring balancer replaces the counterweight, providing compact, lightweight, and safe operation. It reduces stress on joints and adds contact force.

This stainless steel clamp is designed for the safe loading and unloading of liquefied hydrocarbon gases in rail tankers. It securely attaches riser pipes to the tank’s top valves and prevents sparks during contact with equipment. Its quick-release design simplifies operation and enhances safety in fire-prone industrial environments such as the oil, gas, and chemical sectors.

A standard drop pipe is used in tanker loading systems for safe and controlled fluid transfer. Made from carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum alloy, it can be configured to prevent sparking and jet reactivity. When sealed with a cap, the liquid is released from the sides, ensuring smooth flow without impact. Its standard length is 1800 mm, but can be tailored to specific tanker dimensions as needed.

The standard support is used in open tanker filling to securely hold the top loading arm. It also provides a mount for a vibration-based emergency level sensor, which is fixed at the required height inside a protective cylinder with perforations. This design ensures liquid level equalization and safe, reliable operation in industrial conditions.

The PST 50–300 swivel joint for pipelines allows rigid pipes to become flexible. With one joint, it rotates in one plane; with three – in all planes, ensuring full mobility. The design ensures high durability, double sealing, and minimal maintenance thanks to conductive grease.

The telescopic drop pipe is designed to make the top loading of railway tankers safer and more efficient. Its rubber sealing system prevents leaks when the pipe is raised. The pipe is made from durable aluminum or stainless steel, depending on the medium used. Side holes in the pylon reduce flow reactivity and increase operational safety. The design includes a welded structure, handles, and a cap for ease of use.
