The safety guard (OSN-OZ-1×1.14) is used on rail and truck loading racks and is intended to ensure the safe operation of personnel working on the rack. It is a structure composed of individual movable frame sections. Access to the tank is provided by opening any of the sections through rotation around its axis toward the rack.
The structure is installed in such a way that the mobility of each preceding section is restricted, preventing the possibility of opening the section toward the tank. The section closes mechanically—provided the base of the structure is lubricated, the frame returns to its original position under its own weight.
The safety guard is available in two versions, differing in the method of fastening the base to the rack:
Version No. 1 with a flange, fastened to the rack with M12 bolts;
Version No. 2 without a flange, fastened by welding.
