PNSV – heating wires designed for fixed installation heating in oil and gas industry facilities, monolithic concrete and reinforced concrete, as well as components and parts of construction machinery. They operate at voltages up to 380 V AC with a nominal frequency of 50 Hz or up to 1000 V DC. The wires comply with the UHL climatic design according to GOST 15150.
Construction:
1. The conductive core is made of steel or galvanized steel wire according to GOST 3282-74. The average density of the zinc coating is at least 45 g/m².
2. The insulation is made of polyvinyl chloride plastic according to GOST 5960-72 with a nominal thickness of 0.8 mm.

The warranty period for wire operation is 2 years.
The minimum service life of the wires, provided that transportation, storage, installation, and operating conditions are met, is 16 years.
The actual service life of the wires is not limited to the specified period but is determined by the technical condition of the wire.
The service life is counted from the moment of wire manufacture.
