The sealing cover is used for closed loading and is designed to reduce and divert vapor leaks of the product from the tank car. The sealing cover is secured to the manhole using fastening elements located directly on the tank car manhole. The number and design of the grooves take into account manholes of various tank car types. The universality of the design is ensured by rotating the overlay ring with grooves relative to the sealing disc using six rollers. The cover is also equipped with a nozzle for connecting a vapor recovery hose and a high-level alarm locking mechanism similar to the one used on the standard support.
