The vacuum valve (vacuum breaker) is installed on pipe No. 1 and ensures vacuum breakage at the highest point of the siphon, after which the remaining product located downstream of the valve is drained, and further suction of the product located upstream of the valve is stopped. The valve has two positions: operating and forcibly closed (when draining of residual product is not required). The vacuum valve is manufactured in two versions for use with light and dark products.
