Wires with a steel supporting strand according to ST RK 3410-2019

  • AVT – wires with aluminum conductors, with a steel supporting strand, insulated with polyvinyl chloride compound, designed for the transmission and distribution of electric power in power and lighting networks with a voltage of 380 V AC at a frequency of 50 Hz.

  • Climatic design type according to GOST 15150: UHL, placement category 2. Wires do not support combustion during single installation.

    Service life of wires – at least 7 years. The service life is counted from the date of manufacture of the wires.


Wire construction

  • The conductive cores of the wires are round and comply with GOST 22483: for a cross-section of (2.5-10) mm² – class 1; for a cross-section of 16 mm² – not lower than class 2. The temporary tensile strength of aluminum wires before stranding into a core is at least 88 MPa.

    The electrical resistance of the conductive core to direct current, recalculated per 1 km length at a temperature of 20 °C, does not exceed the values specified in GOST 22483.

  • The conductive core is insulated with dark-colored polyvinyl chloride compound that does not propagate fire.

    The steel supporting strand complies with GOST 3062, with a wire diameter of 0.5 mm. The insulation of the steel strand is made of dark-colored polyvinyl chloride compound that does not propagate fire. The insulated wire cores are twisted around the strand with a pitch of 12 to 16 wire diameters in the twist. The twisting direction is right-hand.
