The GERDA-KOU cable is a universal optical cable designed for long-distance data transmission. It contains from 2 to 144 optical fibers and is resistant to tensile and compressive loads, as well as temperature fluctuations from -60°C to +60°C. It is suitable for installation inside buildings, in tunnels, and in open spaces. The cable can be manufactured in a non-flammable version, making it safe for use in subways and other public facilities. Its service life is at least 25 years, with a 2-year warranty.

Explosion-proof GERDA-KV cable glands are designed for sealing armored and unarmored cables entering fixed or portable electrical equipment. They ensure IP66/IP67 and IP68 protection, making them suitable for Ex zones (0, 1, 2 and 20, 21, 22) per IEC standards. The glands are made of nickel-plated brass by default, with options for stainless steel or standard brass. They can also be used in non-hazardous environments such as utilities and power infrastructure.

The Gerda-PAPI glide path light provides visual guidance during aircraft approach, indicating the position relative to the glide slope. It emits a dual-color light beam—white on top, red below—via halogen lamps and a precise lens system. The housing allows easy access for maintenance and calibration. It operates via a 200 W isolating transformer connected to the airfield’s cable ring. Variants include APAPI and PAPI for one or both runway sides.

The GERDA-PB-FR block-type cable penetration consists of elastic fire-resistant blocks that fill cable entry points through walls or slabs. Gaps between cables are sealed with GERDA firestop sealant. Blocks are available in various shapes, including standard brick-sized. The system is resistant to seismic loads, UV, radiation, moisture, and temperature extremes. Service life is at least 15 years.

GERDA-PGE "Pikotek" is a disk-type flange gasket designed for low-pressure pipelines up to 7 MPa. It provides high sealing performance and electrical insulation of flanges, ideal for systems with cathodic protection. It minimizes galvanic corrosion between dissimilar metal flanges, protects surfaces from erosion, and prevents leaks common with layered materials. Available in ring type (F) and full-face type (E). Easy to install and remove, requiring minimal bolt torque.

GERDA-PM-FR is a monolithic fire-resistant seal poured into wall or floor openings. It adapts to any shape and solidifies after pouring. It resists aggressive liquids like acids, alkalis, and salt solutions, as well as fresh or seawater pressure up to 5.5 atm. Suitable for marine, river, and railway transport, including locomotives. It also complies with seismic standards and has a service life of at least 50 years.

Gerda-RGL and Gerda-SBL are elevated light systems designed for runway protection and stop bar visibility. Gerda-RGL includes alternating flashing yellow lights to warn of potential runway incursion zones. Gerda-SBL features red lights to improve visibility of stop bars during poor weather when inset lights are obscured. Both systems meet ICAO Annex 14, FAA AC 150/5345-46, and Russian FAP-381 standards. Lights are made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel, with flexible mounting and easy maintenance.

The Gerda-RGP Guaranteed Power Distributor is a ready-to-use switchgear unit designed for automatic and manual power transfer between the main network and a backup diesel generator. It serves ICAO I–III category loads and includes an AVR controller, control panel, UPS, and busbars. The system offers fast switching (<1 sec), configurable PLC logic, event logging, and voltage/current monitoring. Ideal for airfield lighting systems, it supports flexible mounting, even without cable channels.

The Gerda-RY brightness regulator is designed for stabilizing current in airfield lighting systems with series circuits. It offers up to 30 kVA output, supports 8 brightness steps, and provides full remote control via RS-485 (MODBUS). The system includes automatic overload protection, insulation monitoring, lamp failure detection, and a user-friendly LCD interface. The GERDA-VCFS "Pikotek" fire-resistant combined disk gasket builds on the proven VCS design and adds dual-sealing technology for API 6FB (3rd ed.) fire resistance. It provides effective flange sealing at pressures up to 105 MPa, excellent electrical insulation for cathodic protection systems, and resistance to harsh media like CO₂, H₂S, and formation water. The GERDA-VCS “Pikotek” combined disk-type flange gasket is built for Very Critical Service conditions. It offers tight sealing and electrical insulation for flanges in systems exposed to aggressive environments like CO₂, H₂S, and formation water. With pressure resistance up to 105 MPa (15000 psi), it fits RF, FF, and RTJ flanges, helps prevent galvanic corrosion, and protects metal surfaces. Easy to install and reusable.

GERDA-ZUKP annular space seals are designed for tight, reliable sealing of pipe penetrations through walls, foundations, tanks, and casing pipes. The radial expansion of rubber components ensures a leakproof seal. Suitable for both pre- and post-installation of pipes. Available with galvanized or stainless steel V4A bolts. The system resists chemicals, oils, temperature changes, and vibrations. Provides hydrostatic sealing and cathodic protection of pipelines.
