GERDA-VCS “Pikotek” is a combined wafer-type gasket designed for the most demanding operating conditions (“Very Critical Service”), providing effective joint sealing and electrical insulation of flanges. These gaskets are available for flanges with diameters from DN15 (1/2″) to DN1420 (56″) with raised-face, flat-face, and RTJ flanges (with grooves for oval or octagonal ring gaskets), and are rated for pressures up to 105 MPa (15,000 psi).

- Easy to install and dismantle
- Requires low bolt torque
- Reduces galvanic corrosion in flange pairs made of dissimilar metals
- Protects flange surfaces from corrosion and erosion caused by the working medium
- Resistant to aggressive media, including CO₂, H₂S, and formation water, even at high temperatures
- Allows for multiple reuse
