GERDA-PGE “Pikotek” is a wafer-type gasket for low-pressure pipelines, providing effective joint sealing and electrical insulation of flanges. These gaskets are designed for raised-face or flat-face flanges with diameters from DN15 (1/2″) to DN1420 (56″) and nominal pressure from PN 20 (ANSI 150) to PN 100 (ANSI 600), with a maximum pressure limit of up to 7 MPa. In addition to sealing and electrical insulation, the product reduces corrosion of mating surfaces, including galvanic corrosion between flanges made of dissimilar metals.
