Loading and unloading equipment

The OSN-SNS bottom discharge arm is designed for safe and efficient unloading of petroleum, aggressive, and food liquids from railway tankers through the bottom nozzle. It uses full-bore stainless steel swivel joints approved for explosive areas by Rostekhnadzor. The unit supports over 9000 cycles without leaks and has a service life of at least 10 years. Supplied with a durable spring compensator for reliable operation.

The counterweight balances the drop pipe and equipment after hinge PST No. 3. Disk quantity depends on the load. Operator needs <4 kg of force.

The emergency level detector uses a piezo-based tuning fork to monitor liquid levels. Highly accurate, resistant to buildup, vibration and structural deformation.

The folding drop pipe is ideal for top unloading systems when using a telescopic pipe is not possible. Its folding design allows it to extend inside the tank under its own weight, thanks to PST swivel joints. To lift the pipe, the operator uses manual chains provided in the kit. The immersion depth can be adjusted for different tank types.

The OSN-MP gangway platform provides operators with safe access to tank trucks or railcars from loading racks. It can be fixed or movable, features spring balancers and a parking lock, and is operated manually by a rope. Suitable for mixed compositions with varying tank dimensions.

Grating flooring is a system of bearing and connecting steel elements used in industrial and construction applications. The gratings are produced in standard or custom sizes, ensuring strength, high open area, and safe operation. Manufactured with precision equipment for consistent quality.

The Lined Standpipe is designed for safe handling of aggressive chemicals such as hydrochloric, nitric, or sulfuric acids with high chlorine or fluorine content. It features seamless PTFE rotary lining, providing uniform protection inside and out. Hinges are made of titanium, special acid-resistant steel, or are PTFE-lined. This design allows using standard piping while protecting the standpipe from corrosion, and it supports both vacuum and pressure operations.

This liquid phase loading arm enables safe and sealed transfer of liquefied hydrocarbon gases to and from tank cars. Equipped with PCT swivel joints and flexible connections, it adapts to various valve configurations. Quick couplings ensure fast connection, while relief valves and hoses provide safe depressurization after operation.

The OSN-EM modular rack is designed for safe and convenient access to tank trucks and other service areas. It features quick on-site assembly, non-slip surfaces, optional loading risers, safety systems, and can be manufactured from carbon, galvanized, or stainless steel according to international safety standards.

The lock secures the pipe in working position during loading to neutralize reactive jet forces. It includes a lever mounted on hinge.

The OSN-UZG-050 drain stand unit is designed for efficient tanker unloading. It features a flexible pipeline system with PST joints and a quick coupler, allowing easy and secure connection regardless of valve position. Safety is enhanced by dual ball valves and a pressure release hose, ensuring safe operation under varying field conditions.

Loading and unloading is performed through two valves for the liquid phase and one vapor recovery valve on the tank hatch. The unit consists of two risers: a liquid phase loading/unloading riser with two quick couplers and a vapor phase drain riser with one quick coupler.

The parking lock prevents vertical pipe rotation under external forces like wind. The lock engages a stop using a latch controlled by a handle.

The safety guardrail (OSN-OZ) is designed for use on railway and truck loading racks. It provides reliable fall protection through hinged frame sections that rotate inward, restricting movement toward the tank. The guardrail can be bolted or welded depending on installation needs.

The spring balancer replaces the counterweight, providing compact, lightweight, and safe operation. It reduces stress on joints and adds contact force.
