The modular rack OSN-EM is designed for the convenient and safe servicing of road tankers and other facilities. OSN-EM is quickly and easily installed on loading platforms (islands).
The rack is a modular prefabricated structure composed of separate units that are assembled/disassembled directly at the installation site. The main elements of the rack (Fig. 1) include: base 1, staircase 2, vertical support posts 3, upper platform 4 with railing 5.
Additionally, the OSN-EM rack can be equipped with a top loading standpipe (8), which can be mounted on either side of the rack using a special bracket (7), crossover bridges (6), a fuel oil heating unit (URM), a bottom unloading standpipe (OSN-SNS), a gas detection system (SKZ), a fire extinguishing system, as well as explosion-proof lighting and a canopy. The steps of the staircase, the bridges, and the upper platform feature a non-slip surface. The bridges and standpipe are equipped with parking position locks. The staircase inclination angle is available in two options: 45º and 60º. When the rack is used for handling flammable and combustible liquids, as well as liquefied hydrocarbon gases, safety regulations require the staircase inclination angle not to exceed 45º.
The design of the rack complies with current safety regulations PB 09-540-03 and GOST 12.1.018-86. Climatic versions — U, UHL, HL, T; placement category — 1 according to GOST 15150.
The rack is manufactured from carbon steel, galvanized steel, or stainless steel.
