There are aggressive liquids (such as hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, and sulfuric acid with high chlorine and fluorine content) that corrode even the most corrosion-resistant steels. For operations involving such aggressive substances, we offer a standpipe with internal rotational fluoropolymer lining.
The powder rotational lining method ensures the creation of a seamless coating with uniform thickness. This type of lining allows the standpipe to be used for both loading and unloading operations, including under vacuum conditions.
PST swivel joints on the standpipe can be lined or made of titanium alloy, as well as special acid-resistant steels (such as 06KhN28MDT, etc.). The swivel joints are installed on flanges, which allows for quick replacement of seals. The lower section of the standpipe is lined both internally and externally. The lined standpipe enables the use of pipes made from more cost-effective materials for loading/unloading operations involving highly aggressive liquids.
