GERDA-KLP wire-type cable trays (hereinafter referred to as cable trays) are intended for the installation of wires, cables, and cable routes with voltages up to 1000 V in both concealed wiring systems and open cable routing.
The cable tray is an open welded wire structure. Cable trays are easy to install. Despite their low weight, they withstand high loads; dust, dirt, and water do not accumulate inside the tray, and they are easy to inspect during operation.
The cable trays are manufactured on high-tech equipment using resistance welding and comply with all modern safety standards. A special technology is used to remove sharp edges from the tray, forming a “safe edge” that does not injure the installer’s hands or damage the cable sheath.
During installation, after preliminary modification of a tray section, it can be used to independently create a bend (see Fig. 2), change the elevation level (see Fig. 3), form a T-junction, etc.
